Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 7 dry chili
- 1 tsp urdu dal
- 1 tsp toor dal
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp bengal gram
- 1 tsp peanuts
- 6 curry leaves
- 1 pinch asafoetida
- 4 tsp sesame oil
- Salt to taste.
Method:
- Just fry the sesame seeds, urdu dal, toor dal, dry chili, asafoetida and salt.(without oil)
- Grind all the fried items and make a fine powder.
- Heat the pan with oil then saute mustard seeds, urdu dal, bengal gram, peanuts and curry leaves.
- Then add sesame grinded powder and mix it well.
- Then add cooked rice, mix it well and turnoff the flame.
- Serve sesame rice with urdu dal chutney.
