Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Heat up a griddle or frying pan lightly greased with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, beat egg.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour some batter on heated griddle/frying pan to make the size of pancake you like.
- When bubbles appear on top and break, flip pancake over and cook other side until golden brown.
