Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2, 15 1/4 ounce cans kidney beans
- 1, 15 1/4 ounce can corn
- 1, 10 ounce can Rotel Tomatoes and Chilies
- 2, 14 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 1, 4 ounce can chopped green chilies
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- garnish with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and tortilla chips (optional)

Directions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef.
- Drain off excess liquid and then place into crock pot.
- Add remaining ingredients. Make sure you do not drain the cans.
- Stir mixture well.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours.
- Garnish with your favorite toppings.
- *Tip: This is also great made with shredded chicken.
