Crock Pot Taco Soup


Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2, 15 1/4 ounce cans kidney beans
  • 1, 15 1/4 ounce can corn
  • 1, 10 ounce can Rotel Tomatoes and Chilies
  • 2, 14 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 1, 4 ounce can chopped green chilies
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • garnish with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and tortilla chips (optional)

Crock Pot Taco Soup

Directions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef.
  2. Drain off excess liquid and then place into crock pot.
  3. Add remaining ingredients. Make sure you do not drain the cans.
  4. Stir mixture well.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours.
  6. Garnish with your favorite toppings.
  7. *Tip: This is also great made with shredded chicken.
