This is a relatively easy snack to make, and it's healthy. I got my first taste when my late uncle, who was a marine biologist in Alaska, sent us some. It took several decades, but I finally a found a recipe and adapted it a little (not much) for this video. If you like jerky, you'll love this Salmon Jerky.
